摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的深入，传统教育理念下单一的创业人才培养模式巳不能适应我国经济社会发展的新要求。创新高等教育发展理念，采取政校行企社多元联动的模式加快创业型人才培养，整合优化各方资源，探索一条培养创新创业型人才的有效途径，对提高高等教育质量和人才综合素质具有重要的现实意义。With the deepening higher education reform, traditional education ideas under the single entrepre-neurial talent training mode could not meet the new requirements in China＇s economic and social development. In-novating the development ideas of higher education, adopting muhiple linkage school - running mode of college, gov-ernment, enterprise and industry to speed up the entrepreneurial talent training, integrating and optimizing resourcesof parties, exploring an effective way to cultivate the innovative entrepreneurial talents, which has an important prac-tical significance in improving the quality of higher education and the comprehensive quality of talents.
