摘　　要：坚持大学生思想政治教育理论与实践相结合,是落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。遵循观察学习理论的逻辑理路,着力于当前大学生榜样教育的困境识别,从遴选方式、教育模式、价值取向和长效机制等方面提出增强大学生榜样教育效能的应对策略,有利于增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。The most effective way for morality education of university students is to combine the ideological and political education with the teaching practice. Guided by the observational learning, this paper, focusing on the difficulties faced by model education among college students, introduces strategies which can improve the effectiveness of model education fiom its selection, educational model, value orientation and long-effect mechanism. This paper contributes to making the ideological and political education among college students more targeted and effective.
