摘  要:十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央基于我国经济社会发展目标,提出了一系列新的职业教育发展理念,为我国职业教育发展提供了思想指引。这些理念具体包括:高度重视、加快发展,职业教育要为中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供人才支撑的职教战略观;惠及全民、阻断贫困代际传递,职业教育要成为全面建成小康社会推动力量的职教公平观;人人皆可成才、人人尽展其才,职业教育要满足个人成功成才及实现美好生活愿望的职教人才观;全面深化改革、创新发展模式,实现职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的职教道路观;建设中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系,全面推进教育现代化,推动我国迈入人力资源强国和人才强国行列的职教任务观;工学结合、知行合一,职业教育要培育具有专业技能与工匠精神的高素质劳动者的职教培养观。The central government of China has put forward a series of new vocational education development views, which provide guidance for the development of vocational education in China. These views include: the strategic view of attaching great importance to accelerate the development of vocational education to provide personnel support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation dream; the equality view of making efforts to benefit all the people and block the intergenerational transmission of poverty to become the power of promoting the well-off society; the talent view that everyone can be talent, everyone can maximize their talents, vocational education should meet the personal success and the desire to achieve better life; the pathway viewof deepening reform and innovating development mode to realize the modernization of governance and governance capacity of vocational education; the task view of constructing modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and the world level to promote China into the ranks of great human resources power; the training view of cultivating high quality workers with professional skills and the spirit of craftsman by combination of knowledge and behavior and work and study.
