Colorimetric Method for the Determination of Trivalent Chromium Based on Silver Nanoparticles through the Modified Silver Mirror Reaction

摘  要:采用改进后的银镜反应,在室温下用还原剂兼稳定剂的没食子酸快速一步还原银氨溶液生成银纳米粒子(AgNPs),实验发现Cr(Ⅲ)的加入可引起AgNPs的特异性聚集,使溶液发生由黄绿色到棕红色的颜色变化。优化了没食子酸的浓度、溶液pH和溶液加入顺序等反应条件。结果表明:AgNPs的A530nm/A410nm与Cr(Ⅲ)的浓度在0.4~5.0μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(R=0.994),检出限为0.1μmol/L。最优实验条件下实现了环境水样中Cr(Ⅲ)的可视化检测和定量分析。A rapid and one-step method to prepare the silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) at room temperatureusing gallic acid(GA) as reducing agent and stabilizing agent through the modified mirror reaction hasbeen presented in this paper. It was found that the addition of Cr(Ⅲ) could specifically cause theaggregation of the as-prepared AgNPs and the solution turned from yellow green to brownish red. In thisexperiment,we optimized the amount of GA,pH of the reaction and the addition order of reagents. Underthe optimum conditions,the absorbance ratio of A53onm/A41onm Of AgNPs versus Cr(Ⅲ) concentration has a goodlinear relationship in the range of 0.4-5 mol/L(R=0.994). The detection limit was 0.1 tamol/L. The methodwas used for visual detection and qualitative analysis of Cr(Ⅲ) ions in environmental water sample.
