摘　　要：与能力本位教育着眼于外部市场对劳动力能力需求来开发组织教学内容,进而采取机械式复制性的教育不同,可行能力本位教育注重兼顾人的内在价值及知识与技能的工具价值,注重发挥学习主体的能动性来扩展学习者可行能力集,继而扩展学习主体能动性,使其成长为一个追求理想生活的活生生的人,并初步形成了包括教育理念、教学内容开发与组织、教学方法选择与应用及学习成果评价等在内的较为完整的框架体系。可行能力本位教育不仅在价值理念上更符合我国社会主义核心价值取向,而且能为构建系统性协同的职业教育整体架构提供完整思路,进而为我国经济社会转型和职业教育体系改革发展做出相当贡献。Different from competency-based education in the aspects of developing and organizing teaching contents from the perspective of labour market＇s demand for the abilities of talents,and adopting mechanical and repetitive education,the capabilities-based education attaches pays equal attention to the internal value and knowledge of people and the tool value of skills.It attaches importance to exert the activity of learners to expand their capabilities collection and further expand learners＇ subjectivity,and help learners grow up as lively people who have great pursuit for ideals.The capabilities-based education have formed a relative integrated framework including education view,teaching contents development and organization,teaching methods selection and application and learning outcomes evaluation.The capabilities-based education not only conforms to our country＇s core value orientation of socialism a lot on values,but also provides a complete idea for the construction of both systematic and synergetic vocational education,and then it makes a considerable contribution to China＇s economic and social transformation,as well as reformation and development of vocational education system.
