京津冀与长江经济带的中职生均经费支出分析

摘　　要：京津冀协同发展和长江经济带建设是当前国内区域发展的两大"发力点"。以地方中等职业学校为研究对象,从总生均教育经费支出、预算内生均教育经费支出、生均经费指数等指标出发,对京津冀和长江经济带两大区域的中等职业教育生均经费支出问题进行分析,发现需要加强地区间协同合作以提高经费利用率、推动与细化面向本区域不同专业大类的生均经费标准的制定、建立中职生均经费标准动态调整机制和稳定增长机制。Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Economic Zone are the two major regions in the current domestic development.Taking the local secondary vocational schools as the research object,from three aspects of the total education fund per student,the budgetary education fund per student and the index of education fund per student,this paper analyzes the secondary vocational education fund per student of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Economic Zone,and proposes the countermeasures such as improving the utilization rate of education fund by enhancing cooperation between regions,working on the formulation of standard of education fund per student facing the different professional categories,and establishing the dynamic adjustment and stable growth mechanism to secondary vocational education fund per student.
