摘　　要：主要考察科技成果产业化过程中知识产权创业式界定的本质特征及作用机理,围绕着知识产权创业式界定是什么和如何影响产业化动力两个问题展开。由于目前缺乏对知识产权创业式界定的系统考察,因此选择6个中央企业的6个典型科技成果产业化项目为案例样本。在规范的信息收集和数据编码基础上,通过典型事件的要素提炼、形态描述和机理分析,对技术成果产业化活动中的知识产权界定实践与办法进行了内涵界定,并给出了其影响科技人员的技术成果产业化动力的作用机制模型。贡献在于:(1)提出了知识产权创业式界定的概念;(2)发现知识产权创业式界定通过资源再组合和实施成本来影响技术成果产业化动力。This article aims to define the features of intellectual property entrepreneurial delineation and it how to effect the motivation of technology industrialization. Due to lack of its definition in existing literature, we adopt case study method. On the basis of current research results, with purposeful sampling, we have selected 6 teams. We propose intellectual proper- ty entrepreneurial delineation as well as its roles in the technology industrialization, based on normative data collection and data coding in the context of critical events. This paper has two major contributions. Firstly, it proposes intellectual property entrepreneurial delineation. Secondly, intellectual property entrepreneurial delineation effects the motivation of technology industrialization through resource recombination and implementation cost.
