摘  要:本文针对典型轨枕松动后雨水浸入导致裂纹加剧的问题,基于高速列车荷载作用及雨水浸入条件下,建立了轨枕-水流固耦合动力学计算模型。为验证计算模型的正确性,浇筑带裂纹的模型试件,采用万能伺服液压机施加循环动荷载、高灵敏度传感器测量裂纹内水压力,开展了轨枕松动吊空的裂纹内动水压力试验。建立与试验条件一致的理论计算模型,试验数据与理论计算结果之间有误差存在,但是实验曲线与理论结果的变化趋势一致,计算模型具是有效的。以列车速度为300 km/h时为计算实例,分析裂纹内计算点水压力变化特性。计算结果表明:(1)轨枕裂纹内压力随着循环荷载的变化呈正负交替变化;(2)当轨枕上没有外荷载作用时,仍然出现了两次水压力的峰值;(3)轨枕周边裂纹水压力,随着裂纹深度方向增加,裂纹水压力增大。(4)轨枕底部裂纹水压力在轨枕的中心位置达到最大值。Rain immersion after sleeper loose cause cracks exacerbate problems,the sleepers-water pressure calculation model under the dynamical load and water action was established. In order to verify the validity of the model, a model specimen with cracks was poured,using universal servo-hydraulic machine production cycle dynamic load. High sensitivity sensor was used to measure the water pressure inside the cracks. The pressure test under sleeper was loose was carried out. The oretical model and its condition consistent with the experimental conditions were established,It was Proved that the theoretical model is correct by experimental data and the oretical calculation results was comparatively analyzed. Cracks-water pressure calculation model was used to calculate the water pressure,when the train speed is300km / h as example. The results show that:(1)the sleeper crack water pressure was alternate with the change of cyclic loading;(2)When there is no load on the sleeper,There are still two times the peak water pressure ( 3 ) the crack water pressure surrounding sleeper increased with the crack depth, (4)The maximum crack water pressure emerged at the center of the sleeper.
