摘  要:为探讨高肺血流量对大鼠肺腺泡内动脉超微结构的早期影响 ,对大鼠行腹主动脉 下腔静脉分流术。术后6周以右心导管法测定肺动脉平均压 ,透射电镜观察肺腺泡内动脉超微结构变化。结果显示 ,分流组大鼠肺动脉平均压明显增高。超微结构观察 ,肺腺泡内动脉内皮细胞增生、变性 ;内弹力层粗细不均 ;平滑肌细胞增生及血管周细胞增生。电镜观察结果提示 。To study the influence of high pulmonary blood flow on ultrastructure of intra acinar pulmonary arteries, abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava shunting was produced in shunting rats. After 6 weeks shunting, the mean pressure of pulmonary artery of experimental rats was evaluated by using a right cardiac catheterization procedure. Ultrastructure of intra acinar pulmonary arteries was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the mean pressure of pulmonary artery was significantly increased after 6 weeks aortocaval shunting. Ultrastructurally, the endothelial cells of intra acinar pulmonary arteries of shunting rats appeared hyperplasia and degenerated. The internal elastic laminar was irregular. The smooth muscle cells were hypertrophy. The pericytes were hyperplasia. The results suggested that pulmonary vascular structural remodeling is the important pathologic basis of pulmonary hypertension induced by a left to right shunt.
