摘 要:目前我国食品包装产业技术含量低,其发展难以跟上消费者日渐增长的消费需求。研究针对传统液体食品灌装机速度慢、稳定性差、易发生污染等问题,提出基于PLC的旋转型液体食品灌装机控制系统,使生产环节一体化,显著提升了灌装速度及精度,同时能够自动识别生产中可能出现的问题,具有过载保护功能。首先根据旋转型液体食品灌装工艺流程,对控制系统整体设计方案和要求进行说明。同时论述了PLC核心模块和执行机构所需相关硬件配置,以及控制中心软件编程的设计方案,实现旋转型液体灌装机控制系统的优化管理和相关设备的自动化操作。The development of food packing is difficult to keep up with the consumer's growing consumer demand. Due to the slow, poor stability, easy to produce the problem such as pollution of the traditional liquid food filling machine, the PLC filler control system of rotary type liquid food was proposed. Make the integration of production significantly improve the filling speed and precision and can automatically identify possible problems in production with overload protection function. First of all, according to the rotation type liquid food filling process, overall design scheme of control system and requirements were described. At the same time, this paper discusses the PLC core modules and actuators are required for related hardware configuration, software programming design scheme as well as the control center. The optimizations of rotary type liquid filler control system, management and related automation equipment were completed.
