摘 要:在盐酸介质中,茶多酚可以定量地将硅钼黄还原为硅钼蓝,通过测定硅钼蓝的吸光度,可间接测定茶多酚的含量,从而建立了硅钼蓝光度法测定茶多酚的新方法。通过试验研究确定了测定茶多酚的最佳条件。结果表明,显色体系的最大吸收波长为730 nm,茶多酚质量浓度在4.000~64.00μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律,线性相关系数γ=0.999 1,方法检测限为0.000 097 mg/mL。该方法用于绿茶和红茶中茶多酚含量的测定,结果与国标法相符,精密度(相对标准偏差)分别为0.9%,0.4%,加标回收率分别为98.6%~100.8%和97.8%~101.7%。In hydrochloric acid medium, silico molybdenum yellow could be reduced to silico molybdenum blue by tea polyphenols, and the content of tea polyphenols was determinated indirectly through determinating the absorbance of the silico molybdenum blue, a novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of tea polyphenols by silico molybdenum blue had been established. The optimum condition of the spectrophotometric determination of tea polyphenols was investigated in detail. The resultd show that the maximum absorption wavelength of chromogenic system is 730 nm. Beer's law was obeyed between the absorbance and the concentration of tea polyphenols in the range of 4.000-64.00 μg/mL, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 1. The detection limit of method was 0.000 097 mg/mL. This proposed method had been applied to determinate of tea polyphenols in green tea and black tea, and the results agree well with GB method. The precisions(relative standard deviation) of green tea and black tea were 0.9% and 0.4%, respectively. The recoveries of green tea and black tea were 98.6%-100.8% and 97.8%-101.7%, respectively.
