摘 要:探讨心理素质在大学生学习压力和学习倦怠之间的中介作用。采用大学生学习倦怠问卷、大学生心理素质问卷和学习压力事件问卷对山东省内922名大学生进行调查。结果显示:(1)学习压力与学习倦怠之间呈正相关,心理素质与学习压力、学习倦怠两两之间呈负相关;(2)学习压力可以正向预测学习倦怠(β=0.36,p<0.001),学习压力通过心理素质对学习倦怠的间接效应显著,中介效应占总效应的31%,其95%的置信区间为[0.002,0.183],说明心理素质在学习压力对学习倦怠的影响中起到部分中介作用。To examine the mediating roles of psychological quality on the relationship between the college students' study pressure and learning burnout, 922 college students were surveyed with The College Students' Learning Burnout Questionnaire, The College Students Psychological Quality Questionnaire and The Study Pressure Events Questionnaire in Shandong province. Results revealed that:(1) Study pressure was significantly positive correlated with learning burnout. Psychological quality was significantly negative correlated with learning burnout and study pressure.(2) Structural equation model analysis showed that study pressure contributed an positive influence on learning burnout(β=0.36,p0.001). Study pressure had a significant indirect effect on learning burnout through psychological quality, an mediating effect made by psychological quality counted 31% of the total effect(confidence interval of 95%: 0.002, 0.183). Conclusion:The psychological quality played a partial mediating role between study pressure and learning burnout.
