摘　　要：现代学徒制作为现代职业教育一种新的人才培养模式,已被广大职业教育者认可和接受,并已有了大量的探索和实践。虽然职业教育受地域经济影响大,自身的多样性、灵活性、社会性等特点所决定的现代学徒制的教学模式和实施方式也不尽相同,但现代学徒制的研究与实践对推动职业教育发展,创新职业教育理念起到了积极的促进作用。As a new talent training mode for modem vocational education, modem apprenticeship has been recognized and accepted by many vocational educators. A great deal of exploration and practice has been done in this field. Vocational education is greatly influenced by regional economy, and owns diversity, flexibility, and sociality. This determines the different teaching modes and implementation of the modem apprenticeship, yet the modem apprenticeship plays a positive role in promoting the development of vocational education, and innovating vocational education concept.
