摘　　要：随着卓越工程师教育培养计划的推行,已有的软件工程师培养模式的不足逐渐凸显。以天津城建大学软件工程师人才培养为例,研究卓越工程师背景下软件工程师人才培养的课程体系建设。构建"2+1+1"校企合作人才培养模式,按照知识、能力、素养要求对课程体系进行整合和优化设计,对教学内容和方法进行改革,大力提升软件工程师人才培养的教育质量。With the implementation of education and training program for outstanding engineers,deficiencies of the existing software engineer training mode are highlighted gradually.Using software engineer training at Tianjin ChengJian University as an example,curriculum system construction for software engineer training under the background of outstanding engineer training is studied in this paper.School-enterprise cooperation training mode of ＂2＋1＋1＂ is constructed,curriculum system： is optimized and integrated based on requirements of knowledge, ability and accomplishment,teaching content and methods are reformed,and the education quality of software engineer training is greatly increased.
