摘  要:针对现有导师制在实施过程中存在"单向性"的特点,提出了基于网络反馈平台的导师制下本科人才培养模式,充分利用网络环境,建立"教—学"反馈平台。该平台可实时跟踪反映每个学生个体的学习、生活情况,当超出设定阀值时,系统向导师发出信息,提示其进行相关指导。该方法使教与学都能够达到实时在线反馈与干预,使教与学形成闭环控制系统,有助于提高教学效果。在平台良好运行下,导师基于对学生的了解,通过逐步参与课题研究的方式,培养大学生独立解决问题的能力,提高其创新力。Considering the "one way" characteristics of the existing tutorial system in the implementation process,the new training mode of engineering innovation talents based on the Internet feedback platform is presented. The "teaching—learning" platform was built up. The real studies and life could be reflected and tracked through the platform. Moreover,the alert message will be sent to the tutor and promote the guidance when the changes of studies or something exceed the set threshold. This method achieves the real-time feedback and control on the teaching and learning,the teaching efficient could be improved. Furthermore,according to the learning about of tutor on undergraduate based on the platform,some undergraduate can be recommended to participate in the tutor's research subject. And then,the abilities solving problems independently and innovation improve.
