摘　　要：以英国沃里克大学下属的沃里克制造业集团为例,从科学研究、人才培养、产业合作等方面剖析沃里克制造业集团面向协同创新的组织运行模式特点,并结合我国高校协同创新平台建设的实际情况,提出高校协同创新平台的建设对策。This paper takes Warwick Manufacturing Group as an example to analyze its' characteristics of organizational operation model from the aspects of scientific research,personnel training and industrial cooperation.Based on the experience of WMG,we put forward some suggestions for the construction of collaborative innovation platform in Chinese universities.
