摘　　要：针对新兴交叉学科航空器适航技术在硕士研究生培养经验方面的不足,探索青年教师的研究生联合培养模式。首先介绍了适航研究生培养特点与目前存在的问题,然后阐述了适航交叉学科青年教师在研究生联合培养工作中的具体举措和初步成效,可为青年硕士生导师的人才培养提供借鉴。Aiming at the deficiencies of the newly developed interdisciplinary aircraft airworthiness technology in the postgraduate training experience,this paper explores the joint training model of young teachers＇ graduate students. First introduces the characteristics of training and existing problems of airworthiness graduate,and then describes the airworthiness discipline of young teachers joint training of graduate students in the work of specific measures and preliminary achievements in research, can provide reference for the cultivation of young talents and master tutor.
