摘　　要：顶岗实习是当前职业教育中非常重要的教学环节。以江苏广播电视学校播音与主持专业为例,针对当前顶岗实习存在的突出问题,从教学改革和现代化管理两方面提出了解决策略。在新形势下因势利导,改革创新,促进职校生更好地就业,服务学生、服务社会。Dinggang Internship is a very important teaching link in vocational education.Taking broadcasting and hosting major in Jiangsu Broadcast and Television College as an example,in view of the current problems in internship, this paper proposes some solutions of teaching reform and modem management.The school should make the best use of the circumstances to promote students to better employment,service for students and community.
