摘　　要：高素质应用型创新人才是地方本科院校人才培养目标定位。加强学校与产业、行业、企业间的交流,促进产教融合,强化实践教学,突出创新能力和应用能力培养是培养应用型创新人才的重要途径。本文介绍了近年来天津科技大学软件工程专业开展产教融合人才培养的思路与具体方法,最后总结了产教融合过程中可能存在的问题及解决办法。The talents training target of local universities is high-quality applied and innovative talents. It is the inevitable choice of talents training model reform in local undergraduate colleges that promoting industry-education integration and strengthening communication among university and industry,enterprise. The ideas,methods and effects of implementing industry-education integration in computer science and information engineering college of Tianjin University of Science and Technology is given in the paper,and possible problems and solutions of implementing industry-education integration in local undergraduate colleges summarized.
