摘 要:微纳米制造技术前沿性强、发展速度快、国际化程度高,需要建立基础知识、工程实践、前沿发展紧密结合的国际化课程体系,以适应行业和社会的发展需求。"微纳米制造技术"是微机电工程及相关方向的研究生专业基础课,涉及大量前沿交叉学科知识,开展全英文教学是向学生传播本领域最新成果的理想途径。本课程以微纳米基础理论为引导,逐渐扩展到前沿微纳米制造技术,采用全英文授课和考核方式,利用课堂教学、实验研究和专题汇报相结合的教学模式,讲授相关理论基础、加工方法、适用材料和应用领域,使学生了解和掌握微纳米制造基础理论和加工方法。Micro nano manufacturing technology advanced,development speed,high degree of internationalization, to establish the basic knowledge,engineering practice,the internationalization of curriculum system combined with the development of cutting-edge,in order to adapt to the development needs of the industry and society. "Micro Nano Manufacturing Technology" is the direction of the micro electro mechanical engineering and related professional basic courses. Involving a large number of advanced interdisciplinary knowledge,carry out the whole English teaching is an ideal way to spread the latest achievements in this field to the students. The course in micro nano basic theory as the guide,and gradually extended to the forefront of micro nano manufacturing technology,the English teaching and assessment methods,the use of classroom teaching,experimental study and special on the combination of teaching, teaching theories,processing methods,materials and applications,to make the students understand and master the basic theory and method of manufacturing the micro nano processing.
