摘　　要：针对当前教育新形势及工程训练中心师资队伍存在的问题,提出了工程训练中心师资队伍建设的目标与思路,并在此基础上,详细探讨了师资队伍建设的内容、方法与措施。研究结果对提高工程训练课程质量以及实践创新人才培养具有一定的推动作用。In view of the current new situation of education and the existing problems about the teachers team in the engineering training center,the goal and idea for the teachers team construction in the engineering training center are put forward.On this basis,the contents,methods and measures of the teachers team construction are discussed in detail,and the research results play a certain promotive role in improving the quality of engineering training courses and cultivating the practical innovative talents.
