摘 要:产业升级和经济发展对职业院校人才培养模式提出了新的要求,职业院校人才培养模式影响着产业结构转型升级成效,校企协同育人人才培养模式有利于助推产业升级。基于国家经济转型升级背景,广州工程技术职业学院国际金融专业与金融机构共同探索校企协同育人人才培养模式:校企共构"双师"结构师资队伍;校企共建精品资源共享课程;校企共搭技能大赛平台;校企共建"投资者教育基地"和"实践教学基地";校企共评人才培养质量评价机制。金融行业专家全程参与金融专业人才培养,为经济发展培养所需金融专业人才。Industrial upgrading and economic development model impose new requirements to the occupationtraining institutions. Talent training mode of vocational colleges affects the effectiveness of the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. Talent training mode of college-enterprise collaborative education can boost indus-trial upgrading. The study is based on the background of transformation and upgrading of national economy. The in-ternational finance major of Guangzhou Institute of Technology explores the school-enterprise cooperation training mode of talent education with financial institutions : the construction of double - quality teachers, quality resource sharing courses, practical teaching reformation on skills competition platform, investor education base, practice teaching base and school enterprise evaluation personnel training quality evaluation system. Financial industry ex-perts are invited to participate in the whole process of financial professionals training to train financial professionals to meet the needs of financial development .
