从翻译过程视角探究社科文献摘要的英译

摘　　要：中国社科文献摘要英译质量的不理想阻碍了中国文化与世界的沟通。文章基于翻译实践,从操作层面就翻译单位的确定、标题翻译、障碍词翻译、句子翻译、摘要校核等方面,探究了社科文献摘要英译过程中理解阶段之后的表达与校核两个阶段,并研究了在这两个阶段如何避免翻译失误。Dissatisfactory quality of English abstracts of Chinese social science literature has been the barrier between Chinese culture and the world. Based on translation practice,from the the perspective of concrete operating procedures,this paper explores the second and the third translation phases following the phase of comprehension in the process of the translation of abstracts of Chinese social science literature,expression and check,including the translation unit,the translation of abstract titles,word barriers,sentences and check of the whole abstract. It also studies how to avoid translation blunders.
