摘 要:本文在众多文本材料中选择民歌的传译为重点,因为民歌融合了音乐和语言,音乐是无国界的桥梁,而语言蕴含丰富的文化内涵,极适合作为中国传统文化的代表,容易引起译入语国家读者的共鸣。文章提出,在传播以民歌为代表的民间文化时需要注意文本的选择、译入语读者的接受的程度以及传播方式是否有效等问题,文章在分析文化传播过程需要解决的翻译难题基础上提出有效翻译的对策。This paper puts forward the viewpoint that the translation of Chinese folk songs,especially the Hubei folk songs is believed to be a proper way for culture dissemination.It is considered that the combination of comprehensible music and lyric with connotative meanings and aesthetic senses make folk songs attractive,thus they can be used as effective media in arousing similar reaction to the target language receptors.Translation plays an important role in the process of folk songs dissemination.Translators need to consider the reasons of what and how to translate to have positive influence on those who want to know more about the Chinese culture.The focus of the paper is the exemplification of Hubei folk songs.The analysis on the reasons of lacking of equivalence of source language and target language and the causes of lagging of culture dissemination helps to find solutions and put forward suggestions to some unsolved problems the folk culture going globally faces with.
