摘  要:目的构建基于关键绩效指标(KPI)的公立医院科研项目负责人(PI)制绩效考核模型。方法以里昂惕夫投入产出模型分析PI制的管理流程中投入项与产出项的KPI,建立绩效考核模型,并用知识生产函数检验PI绩效。结果建立了基于KPI的绩效考核模型,计算出科研产出的预期值和实际值,以此检验PI的绩效水平。结论基于KPI的公立医院科研PI制绩效考核模型使公立医院的PI制绩效管理转变为具体可量化的目标和测评体系,有利于PI绩效管理的持续改进。Objective To build a performance appraisal model of a principal investigator from a public hospital based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Method : The authors analyzed the KPI of input and output in the management process of PI system with Leontief input-output model,established the performance appraisal and used knowledge production function to test PI perform-ance. Result:A KPI based performance assessment model was established to calculate the expected value and actual value of scientif-ic research output through the knowledge production function and test the performance of PI. Conclusion :The PI system performance assessment model of public hospitals based on KPI has transformed the PI performance management of public hospitals into a con-crete quantifiable target and evaluation system,which is conducive to the continuous improvement of PI performance management.
