摘  要:打造职业化的医疗机构管理队伍是我国新医改的重要任务之一,然而由于受到历史传统、思维观念、体制和医院文化等因素的制约,近年公立医院管理人员职业化队伍建设进展缓慢。本文以北京市某三甲医院行政管理人员情况为例,试图探析导致公立医院职业化进程缓慢的原因,并针对问题提出对策建议。推进医院管理人员职业化,不但能提高公立医院的运行效率,更是"以人为本"精神的体现。To construct a professional hospital management team is one of the important tasks in China's new medical re-form. However,due to the traditional thinking,institutional and hospital culture and other factors, the progress of professional man-agement team construction of public hospital in recent years is very slow. This paper attempts to analyze the causes of the slow pro-fessionalization of public hospitals,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the problems. Promoting the profes-sionalization of hospital management personnel can not only improve the operation efficiency of public hospitals,but also embody the "people- oriented" spirit.
