摘  要:课程标准是核心素养、学科理念的具体体现,规定了学生应知与应会的内容,是教师教学实践的重要依据。对教师实施课程标准的调查有利于把握课程标准落实情况。为了了解美国于2010年颁布的州共同核心标准的实施情况,美国兰德教育组织从2015年开始进行教师实施课程标准的调查。该调查主要由支持教师实施课程标准的教学资源、教师对课程标准的理解和教师对课程标准的实践三个维度组成。基于此,兰德教育组织构建了教师实施课程标准的变量指标。结合我国的实际情况,在开展大规模教师实施课程标准调查时,需要突出对课程标准革新点的调查;结合具体学科,体现教师课程标准实施的年级特点;从"理解"、"实践"到"反思",全面反映教师实施标准过程本质。Curriculum standards embody key competence and subject philosophy and anchor teachers' teaching practice. Survey of the implementation of curriculum standards is a useful method to approach to the enactment of curriculum standards. RAND Education pioneered to conduct such a survey of teachers' implementation of curriculum standards in 2015 so as to understand the implementation of American Common Core State Standards. RAND Education created the variables of survey from three aspects as "teaching resource" for curriculum standards, "the understanding" and "practice" of teachers' implementation of curriculum standards. The survey approach practiced in the mentioned case has shed light on designing and conducting a Chinese survey on teachers' implementation of curriculum standards that first to include innovations in standards, second toroot in specific subjects, and last to reflect teachers' "understanding", "practice", and "reflection" about curriculum standards.
