摘  要:目的探讨延续性自我管理教育在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复过程中的作用并分析其伦理意义。方法在对偏瘫患者采取常规康复治疗的基础上,进行延续性自我管理教育。结果在经过延续性自我管理教育后患者治疗依从性提高,自主康复性提高,患者满意度提高。结论延续性自我管理教育有助于提高脑卒中偏瘫患者健康知识和疾病自我管理能力,从而防止和减少不良事件的发生,是一种安全、有效、依从性高的康复模式。Objective: To explore the effect of continued self- management education on stroke hemiplegic patients in rehabilitation and analyze its ethical significance. Methods: On the basis of routine rehabilitation treat- ment, to continue self - management education for the hemiplegia patients. Results: After continued self-management education, patients' treatment compliance improved, automatic rehabilitation improved and patients' satisfaction improved. Conclusion: Continued self- management education is helpful to improve the stroke hemiplegic patients' health knowledge and self - management ability, so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and it is a safe, effective and highly compliant rehabilitation mode.
