摘  要:针对目前雷达精度测量中存在结果的可信度依赖于真值的稳定性和多次测量一致性等问题,分析了采用广播式自动相关监视技术(ADS-B)计算雷达精度的可行性,提出一种基于实时ADS-B数据的新型雷达精度测量方法。首先介绍飞机雷达跟踪目标原理模型及ADS-B的基本原理和坐标转换方法,重点阐述ADS-B系统进行多目标跟踪的过程,运用改进的联合概率数据关联和交互式多模型的滤波算法,并重点对处于跟踪门相交区域中的公共量测值进行分析,并对其权重系数重新进行分配,从而计算得到雷达精度。最后通过仿真对算法进行了验证。实验结果表明,滤波算法能够提供基于ADS-B系统的实时信息,更高精度地跟踪目标,可满足测量雷达精度测量的实际应用要求。Aiming at the problem that the multi - measurement consistency and the reliability of the results depend on the stability of the true value in radar precision measurement, and analyzing the feasibility of calculating the radar precision based on ADS - B technology, this paper proposed a new method for radar real - time precision meas- urement based on ADS - B data. Firstly, the basie principle of ADS - B, the radar tracking target model and the method of plane coordinate conversion were introduces. We focused on the ADS - B system of multiple target tracking, and used an improved filter algorithm which combines joint probabilistic data association and interactive multiple model. The key points of the algorithm in tracking gate in the intersection area of public measurement value were analyzed and the weight coefficient was redistributed, then the precision of radar was calculated. Finally, the algorithm was verified by simulation experiment. The experimental results show that the algorithm can track the target with high precision based on ADS - B system, and can meet the requirements of measurement precision of radar.
