摘  要:通过内标类型和用量的选择,在已有方法基础上建立了一种内标法测定植物油中角鲨烯含量的气相色谱法方法。以角鲨烷为内标,样品经氢氧化钾-甲醇皂化,正己烷萃取,采用HP-5毛细管谱柱,程序升温气相色谱条件。结果表明,角鲨烯的平均回收率为95.5%~103.0%,精密度为1.42%~5.89%,检出限为0.05 mg/kg。该方法不仅回收率高,重现性好,而且灵敏度高,该方法可用于测定植物油中角鲨烯含量,为科学评价植物油中营养成分提供技术支撑。An analytical method based on the previous studies was developed for the determination of squalene in vegetable oils using internal standard by gas chromatography. Squalane was chosen as internal standard. The samples were saponified with potassium hydroxide -ethanol solution, then extracted by n- hexane, and analyzed by gas chromatography. Column HP -5 was used in the study. The results indicated that the average recovery rate of squa- lene was 95.5% ~ 103.0% with relative standard deviations of 1.42% ~ 5.89%. The limit of detection for squalene was 0.05 mg/kg. The method could be used for determination of squalene in vegetable oil with high recovery, good reproducibility and high sensitivity. It was suitable for the determination of squalene in vegetable oils, and also provided technical support for the scientific evaluation of nutritional components in vegetable oils.
