摘　　要：辩经制度做为藏族寺院教育体系中的重要组成部分,它的科学性、有效性值得我们加以研究。文章在梳理辩经制度历史沿革的基础上,以拉卜楞寺的实践为样本,介绍了格鲁派寺院辩经制度的发展现状及其教学特色。认为辩经制度强调以人为本、品德优先,注重对经典的博闻强记,要求对各家论说融会贯通,同时营造了自由公平的学术氛围,这些对当前大学教育的教学改革与研究均具有积极的启示意义。The debate systems have been an indispensable part of the Tibetan Buddhism Gelupa monastery education sys- tems. Great concern has been attached to the scientificalness and effectiveness of the debate systems in recent years. In this essay the Labrang monastery is analyzed as a study case to introduce the history, current situation and features of debate systems in the hope of bringing inspirations to the college education. For example, adhering to the people - oriented and the moral priority education idea; training students＇ independent thinking and the spirit of innovation; striving to create a fair academic atmosphere.
