摘 要:为了使海洋光通信设备主镜组件同时满足高刚度和良好的热尺寸稳定性要求,文章针对海洋光通信设备主镜的柔性支撑进行了优化设计。根据主镜组件的结构特点,制订了柔性支撑设计方案;通过设置柔性铰链的圆弧长度、径向最薄处厚度,设计了主镜柔性支撑;最后,结合有限元分析技术,对主镜组件进行了主镜面形精度、主镜组件刚度和接触应力的仿真分析。结果表明,依据各参数的变化证明了柔性支撑设计方案是合理可行的。In order to guarantee high component structure stiffness and good primary mirror thermal dimensional stability of primary mirror of marine laser communication system,the flexible support was optimal designed.Based on primary mirror component structure character,flexible support design scheme was proposed.The primary mirror flexible support was presented by the adjustment of circle arc length and the radius direction thinnest thickness.Finally,the analysis of primary mirror surface figure accuracy,primary mirror component stiffness and contact stress was carried out by Finite Element Method(FEM).As a result,from the above parameters variation,the flexible support structure was reasonable and applicable.
