弹性短轨枕在武汉地铁应用中的问题及解决方法

摘　　要：为减少振动及噪声,武汉地铁1号线使用了弹性短轨枕,但在长时间运营后出现了轨枕—套靴—道床之间剥离、间隙扩大、轨枕空吊、轨距变化大、减振量下降、短轨枕破裂等现象,分析出现问题的原因,并对轨道状态较差路段的钢轨、轨枕变形测试数据进行对比分析,最后针对弹性短轨枕轨道病害总结出轨枕更换、空吊整治、减振方式改造3种维修方案。The elastic short sleeper track w as employed to reduce vibration and noise of the track in Wuhan metro. M any problems arise after a long period of operation,such as separation among the sleepers,rubber boots and the ballast bed,the expanding gaps,theafter voided sleepers,track gauge variations,damping performance deterioration and crack of the short sleeper.The cause,harm and effect of those problems w ere discussed,than the rail,sleeper deformation test data are analyzed. Three solutions are proposed to solve the problems of the short elastic sleeper tracks： replacing of the sleepers,maintenance of the voided sleepers,and change of the vibration-reducing methods type.
