摘　　要：为鉴定以青稞β-葡聚糖为主要成分的"青稞银杏胶囊"的产品开发、生产的可行性,本文从产品开发目的、配伍、生产试制等方面进行阐述分析。结果表明青稞β-葡聚糖产品配伍合理,能够进行大规模生产,能够为消费者食用及市场营销提供理论技术依据。Highland barley ginkgo capsule,with highland barleyβ-glucan as major components,is a national health product for reducing blood lipid.To investigate its product development,production feasibility,the product development,compatibility and trial production to carry on were analyzed.The results show that reasonable barley beta glucan products have compatibility in mass production,and can provide a theoretical basis for consumers to eat and marketing.
