摘  要:以杜香作为试验材料,采用水、乙醇复合溶剂水热法提取杜香挥发油,通过水热法以单因素试验和正交试验来研究回流时间、料液比、浸泡时间、萃取温度、回流温度等因素对杜香挥发性油提取的影响。结果表明,料液比和浸泡时间是影响挥发油提取量的关键因子,回流时间对提取量也有作用,而萃取温度和回流温度对提取量影响较小。结果显示,水热法提取杜香挥发油的最佳工艺为回流时间4 h,料液比1∶10,浸泡时间3 h,提取量为35.77 mg/g。This study investigated extraction method of volatile oil from Ledum palustre L.var.dilatatum Wahl with water and ethanol solvent. The effects of reflux time, solid-liquid ratio, soaking time, extracting temperature, reflux temperature on Ledum palustre L. oil extraction were explored through the hydrothermal method with single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results suggested that material liquid ratio and soaking time was the key effect factor of volatile oil extration,and reflux time is a secondary factor. Extraction temperature and reflux temperature had no effect on the extraction of volatile oil. Moreover,orthogonal experiment showed that optimum reflux time was 4 h,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10,soak time was3 h,and extraction quantity was 35.77 mg/g
