摘　　要：预实验是科研工作中重要的环节。实验诊断学是实践性很强的一门学科,实践教学是其重要组成部分。为了培养学生对科研的兴趣,我们将预实验具体应用到实践教学中,促使学生对科研思路和方法有初步认识,为以后的科研工作打下基础。本文以"白细胞分类计数"实验为例,强调科研中预实验的重要性以及科研思路在实践教学中的不可或缺性。Preliminary experiment is an important step in the whole process of scientific research. Laboratory diagnostics is a practical discipline,practice teaching is the important component in it. In order to develop students' interest in scientific research,we will use the specific application in the practice teaching,make students in a preliminary understanding to research ideas and methods,lay the foundation for later research work. We use White Blood Cells Count experiment as an example,this paper emphasizes the importance of the research of experiment and research train of thought in the practice teaching is necessary.
