摘　　要：农业行政执法是我国依法治国的重要组成部分,在维护农民利益、促进农产品质量安全方面的作用显著。随着"互联网+农业"的不断推进,采用信息化手段来建设和武装农业行政执法队伍变得更为可行和重要。通过农业信息化建设来推进农业行政执法信息化建设,以提高农业行政执法的信息化管理水平,使执法行为更为规范、标准和透明,将对现代化农业发展起到积极的推动作用。Agricultural administrative law enforcement is an important part of ruling the country by law. It plays an important role in safeguarding the interests of farmers and promoting the quality and safety of agricultural products. With the advancement of ＂Internet ＋ Agriculture＂ , it is more feasible and important to use information technology to build and arm the agricultural administrators. Promoting informatization construction of agricultural administrative law enforcement through agricultural informatization construction, can improve the level of information management of agricultural administrative law enforcement, and make the law enforcement behavior more specific, standard and transparent, and play a positive role in promoting the development of modern agriculture.
