摘　　要：通过企业调研重点研究浙江省典型新能源汽车企业的发展现状及人才需求;预测了新能源汽车维修专业人才需求的发展趋势,并通过人才需求分析掌握浙江新能源汽车行业企业不同岗位对员工在专业素质和能力培养等方面的要求,提出了新能源汽车维修专业人才培养方面的建议。This paper focuses on the development status and talent demand of typical new energy vehicle enterprises in Zhejiang province and predict the development of new energy vehicle service professionals demand trend. Through the demand analysis, the paper masters the different jobs in the new energy automotive industry enterprises to employees at the request of the professional quality and ability training and so on, and puts forward the advice of talents euhivation for the new energy vehicle maintenance and repair major.
