三农情怀教育对高职学生农业就业意向的影响

摘　　要：分析了职业感情教育的重要性和必要性,并以浙江农业商贸职业学院三农情怀教育为研究对象,通过logit模型等,实证分析了三农情怀教育效果。结果表明不同的教育形式对三农知识掌握、农业就业选择意愿影响不一,课堂和学科竞赛等专业、规范、系统、深入的教育形式效果更为显著,并给出改进建议。This paper demonstrates that the emotional education is important and necessary by literature. Taking Zhejiang Agriculture Business College for example, the paper empirically analyzes the effect of Agriculture-rural Areas and Farmers＂ emotional education by the Logit model. The results show that different forms of education have varying effect on the agriculture knowledge and career choice on agriculture. The professional, standardized, systematic and thorough forms of educational effect are more notable, such as classroom and academic competitions. At last, the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve it.
