摘 要:针对飞控计算机与电动舵系统现有通信方式存在的问题,对其进行改造升级,本文设计了基于CAN总线的专用通信协议。文中详细介绍了基于CAN总线的电动舵系统组成、CAN总线硬件配置方案、飞控计算机与电动舵系统的通信协议以及测试设备与电动舵系统的通信协议。利用自研测试设备搭建实验平台,验证了该协议的有效性、可靠性以及实时性。The electric actuator based on CAN bus were introduced. The CAN bus hardware configuration scheme, the communication protocol between the flight control computer and the electric actuator in flight tests and the communication protocol between the test equipment and the electric actuator in ground tests were presented. The experiment platform was built with the self-developed test equipment, and the validity, reliability and realtime capability of the CAN bus communication protocol was verified.
