摘 要:青贮饲料在发酵和贮藏过程中易受有害微生物及其代谢毒素的污染,降低青贮品质和反刍动物生产性能,严重危害动物和人类的健康。本文综述了青贮有害微生物的种类及其代谢产物对青贮营养品质、有氧稳定性影响的作用机理,以及在青贮饲料发酵过程中抑制有害微生物的措施和方法,对研发优质的青贮添加剂、优化发酵环境、抑制有害微生物的生长、提高青贮饲料营养品质提供参考。In the fermentation and storage processes of silage, it is easy to be contaminated by harmful micro- organisms and their metabolic toxins, which can reduce the quality of silage and the production performance of ruminants, and seriously endanger the health of animals and humans. This paper reviewed the types of harmful microorganisms in silage and the action mechanism of its metabolites affected the nutritive quality and oxygen stability of silage, and measures and methods for inhibiting harmful microbes during fermentation of silage, which was to provide theoretical basis for development of high quality additive, optimization of fermentation environment, inhabitation of growth of harmful microorganisms and improve the nutritional quality of silage.
