高校特殊类型招生考试的反思

摘　　要：高校特殊类型招生是探索多样化人才选拔与培养模式改革的方式之一。由于高校特殊类型招生的专业要求和招生录取方式的特殊性与复杂性,使其成为招生管理与监督工作的难点。在新一轮高考综合改革的形势下,高校特殊类型招生如何规范操作规程、提高监督效力、建立健全科学、公平公正、合理的选拔制度体系是一个亟待解决的重要课题。The special enrollment of colleges and universities is one of the ways to explore the reform of the selection and cultivation mode of diversified talents. Because of the academic requirements of special type of college enrollment and the specialty and complexity of the admission, it becomes the difficulty of the enrollment management and supervision. Under the trend of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the reform of college enrollment system is imperative. It is an urgent and important task project to be solved about how to form rigorous operating rules and eliminate the subjective interference in the special type of enrollment, and to establish a scientific, fair, and reasonable selection system.
