摘 要:个案研究中的新手英语教师通过分析学情和研究教材生成了一个课时的阅读课教案,并在大学导师和中学教师的引领下对教案进行了多次修改。本文探究阅读教案的生成过程以及新手教师在教学理念、角色认知与职业认同等方面的变化,并结合该教师的反思和指导教师点评进一步说明教案的生成就是教师自我认识、自我否定、自我反思的学习和发展过程。This study reports how a novice English teacher, based on learner profile and coursebook analysis, developed reading lesson plans, which she revised under the guidance of a university supervisor and a high school mentor. This study also analyzes the change of the novice teacher's teaching beliefs,cognition on teachers' roles and identities in the process of lesson preparation. The research subject's reflection, as well as the suggestions given by the supervisor and the mentor, was further analyzed to illustrate that writing and revising lesson plans will ultimately lead to teacher learning and professional development.
