摘　　要：近年来,随着移动智能终端市场渐趋饱和,物联网(Io T)、汽车电子、人工智能(AI)、工业控制和智能制造等新兴市场迅速上升,但至今还不足以替代移动智能终端的领头地位。全球半导体市场仍将处于产品多元化发展态势。全球中央处理器和存储器芯片的研发成为集成电路最新技术的"风向标"。In recent years, the mobile intelligent terminal market is becoming saturated with the rapid development of the Internet of things（Io T）, automotive electronics, artificial intelligence（AI）, industrial control, intelligent manufacturing and emerging markets. The leading position is not enough to replace mobile intelligent terminal. The global semiconductor market will continue to be diversified. In the development of global, Central Processor Unit and memory chip becomes the ＂wind guide ＂ of the newest technology of integrated circuit.
