摘  要:目的探索基于课程整合的TBL教学法在中医骨科教学中的应用。方法选择2016年1月—2017年4月中医骨科实习的实习生共80名,以随机、均等法将实习生分为对照组和观察组各40名,对照组实习生实施传统模式的临床教学,观察组实施给予课程整合下的TBL教学法,以4周为1个实习期,评价2组的教学成果。结果出科时观察组实习生各考核成绩评分高于对照组,P<0.05;对照组实习生对教学方式的满意度低于观察组,P<0.05。结论在中医骨科教学中应用TBL教学法可提高实习生分析问题和解决问题的能力,并可提高实习生的成绩和对教学方式的满意度。Objective To explore the application of TBL teaching method in teaching of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics based on curriculum integration. Methods 80 internship orthopedic interns from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected. The interns were divided into control group and observation group by random and equal method. The control group accepted traditional mode of clinical teaching. The observation group implemented TBL teaching method under the curriculum integration. 4 weeks was an internship. The teaching results were evaluated. Results The scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0.05). The satisfaction rate of the interns in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of TBL teaching method in orthopedic teaching can improve the ability of trainee to analyze and solve problems, and improve the achievement of interns and the satisfaction of teaching methods.
