摘　　要：统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设是当今的政策热点,人才培养是现代大学的重要职能,也是建设一流学科的要义之一。人才培养和学科建设是高校建设与发展的核心,学科建设与人才培养在教育实践中的统一,既是高校建设"双一流"的精要所在,也是其治理的逻辑起点。学科建设与人才培养具有共同的核心素养,是治理大学的两个不同方面。本文基于"双一流"背景探索中西医结合妇科学的学科建设与人才培养在教育实践中的统一。It is a hot policy issue to promte world-class universities and first-rate disciplines. The talent cultivation is an important function of modern universities and one of the important principles of building a first-class discipline. Talent training and discipline construction and development of colleges and universities, subject construction and talent training in the education practice is not only the construction of colleges and universities ＂ double top＂ the essence, and is the logic starting point of its governance. The core quality of discipline construction and talent training is the two different aspects of governing university. This paper is based on the ＂double-class＂ background to explore the unification of the discipline construction and the talent cultivation in education practice.
