摘　　要：在《中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016~2030年)》的背景下,结合高中生的体质状况及学习强度,将中医"治未病"的思想及方法在高中生中普及与应用,改善学生体质,提高复习效率,助力高考,推动中医在青年人中的普及与推广。Under the background of the Outline of Strategic Planning for the Development of Chinese Medicine（2016~2030）,combined with the high school students learning physical condition and strength, the ideas and methods of preventive treatment of disease in high school students in the popularization and application, it can improve the physical fitness of students and the review efficiency, help college entrance examination, and promote the popularization and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in the young people.
