摘 要:利用秦岭自然保护区群的游客调查数据,对游客山野菜消费的行为特点进行定性分析,并运用多元线性回归,分析游客山野菜消费的影响因素。研究结果表明:山野菜已经成为保护区游客旅游特色食品支出的一部分,并且食用的山野菜主要集中在秦岭地区比较丰富且较常食用的品种;游客的月收入、食用绿色食品和体验当地饮食文化的旅游动机、对旅游食品价格和餐馆卫生状况的满意度以及山野菜可获性的认知对游客山野菜的消费有较显著的正向影响;较高的资源保护认知会降低游客的山野菜消费,但作用有限。因此,在未来自然保护资源保护和景区管理中,不仅要通过环境宣教等措施加强游客履行生态责任,相关部门还要加强对山野菜等野生资源采集和消费的监管,避免优势资源的过度采集和消费。Using multivariate linear regression model, analysis on the behavior characteristic and factors influencing the tourists’ consumption of wild edible herbs was conducted in this study based on tourist survey in Qinling Mountains, China. The result showed that wild edible herbs had become a part of tourist’expenditure during travelling in the nature reserve, and the wild edible herbs eaten or purchased by tourists were limited into several common species. Factors including tourists’ monthly income, tourism motivation on eating pollution-free food and experience the local diet culture, tourists’ satisfaction on price of tourism food and sanitary conditions of the restaurant, and the availability of wild edible herbs in destination had significance positive influences on wild edible herbs consumption. On contrary, higher perception on wild resources protection might decrease the tourists’ wild edible herbs consumption, but with the limited role in influencing their consumption behavior. In addition, propaganda education in the nature reserve should be strengthen to raise tourist intention on adopting environmentally responsible behavior.We recommend relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and management of the wild edible herbs to avoid excessive acquisition and consumption of advantage resources.
