摘  要:利用不同比例的枯草芽孢杆菌K-1菌株和植物乳杆菌R-1菌株青贮玉米秸秆制作品质优良的青贮料。设置两菌株的接种比例梯度为:8:0、6:2、4:4、2:6及0:8,28℃青贮。分别对青贮第6、9、12、15和18天的青贮料取样,对颜色、气味和质地进行感官评价,并测定其他与青贮料品质相关的参数。由统计分析所测数据可知:当温度为28℃,菌种体积比为1:1,青贮15 d时,可得到颜色亮黄、酸香浓郁、柔软多汁的青贮料。其p H值、可溶性碳水化合物含量分别为3.76和96.75 mg/g;氨态氮含量为1.019 mg/m L,下降了21.35%;酸性洗涤纤维含量为28.60%,下降了11.67%;中性洗涤纤维含量为46.46%,下降了13.87%。青贮效果显著,青贮料品质优良。Bacillus subtilis K-1 strain and Lactobacillus plantarum R-1 strain were mixed with different proportion to make fine quality of corn stover silage. A series of inoculation rate of 8: 0, 6: 2, 4: 4, 2: 6, and 0:8 were set up respectively with the two strains, and were fermented at 28℃. Silage was sampled at 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 days, and the quality was estimated on color, smell and texture by sensory evaluation, and other related parameters were also tested. Date analysis showed that the silage was bright yellow, soft, juicy, and good smell when the inoculation rate was 1:1 with the two strains, fermented after 15 days at 28℃. The pH value of silage was pH 3.76, and soluble carbohydrate content is 96.75 mg/g. And the ammonia nitrogen content was 1.019 mg/mL, fell by 21.35% than before silage, the silage acid detergent fiber content was 28.60%, fell by 11.67%, and neutral detergent fiber content was 46.46%, fell by 13.87%. Under the optimized ferment situation the silage effect was remarkable, and the silage quality was fine.
