摘　　要：国家"硕师计划"政策的实施,对于提高我国贫困地区农村中小学体育教师学历层次、教学能力、专业化水平等综合素质的提升,以及体育教育教学质量的整体提高都有着重要的意义。综合运用田野法、访谈法等研究方法,深度分析了在"硕师计划"政策背景下高校培养体育硕士生过程中存在的困难,特别是在招生、选拔、任教、培养以及就职等制度方面存在的问题,并针对以上问题提出了具体的解决方法与策略。The national Master Plan is of great significance to improving teaching ability,professional level and schooling level of the elementary school and middle school P.E. teachers. With the research methods of field investigation and interview,the paper analyses the problems in the cultivation of sports masters in universities in China under the Master Plan Policy,such as enrollment,selection,teaching,cultivation and employment,and proposes countermeasures.
